Public engagement contributes 50 marks to your final evaluation — and gives people a chance to discover what you do, Merit also contributes 50 marks making it 100 marks to your final evaluation.
Step 3: Shortlisting the Top 100
We’ll shortlist the top 100 proposals based on merit and public votes. These participants move forward to the video pitch round.
Step 4: 2-Minute Video Pitch
You’ll submit a short 2-minute pitch video showcasing your project, mission, and impact. These videos will be promoted across our platforms — giving you valuable exposure to funders, partners, and potential customers.
Public engagement contributes 70 marks to your final evaluation — and gives people a chance to discover what you do, Merit also contributes 30 marks making it 100 marks to your final evaluation.
Step 5: Bootcamp & Grant Awards
The top 50 are invited to a hands-on bootcamp experience to refine their pitches even more. From this group, the top 20 participants will receive grant funding — a tangible reward for your hard work and innovation, this will help build confidence and exposure before bigger grant opportunities.
