The Grant Success Formula Process
Step-by-Step Process:
Step 1: Enroll in the course and access course materials.
▪ Step 2: Complete assignments and submit your grant proposal.
▪ Step 3: Participate in public voting on our Facebook page.
o Voting and Marks Allocation: “Your submitted pitch will be showcased on
our Facebook page for community voting. Public votes contribute 50 marks to
your final evaluation.”
Cohort System: The course operates on a structured 3-month cohort system, which incorporates a “rehearsal pattern” to prepare participants for global opportunities. At the end of each cohort, participants develop and submit grant proposals. The top 100 proposals are shortlisted, and participants submit a 2-minute video pitch. The best 50 are invited to a bootcamp, where the top 20 receive grants as a practical exercise to gain real-world
experience in securing funding:
• Positions 11 to 20 receive ₦50,000 each.
• Position 10 receives ₦100,000.
• Position 9 receives ₦200,000, with increasing amounts awarded until the first position, which receives ₦1,000,000.
This process not only provides participants with funding but also serves as a training ground to prepare them for larger opportunities. By the time they pursue global funding or other
competitions, they have practical experience and confidence.
